You are sent a secure link before your appointment. At the time of the visit you click it and join a private video call with your provider. All you need is a quiet space, a device with a camera, and a reasonable connection. Video visits are for people located in Rhode Island at the time of the appointment.

One thing worth knowing: ordinary email and the request form on this website are not secure channels. Send enough to arrange a call, and keep clinical detail for the appointment itself.
